About Heather
Needing sleep to survive, Heather entered motherhood determined to get herself — and her children — restful nights. While pregnant with her first, she devoured every book on sleep, searching for practical, evidence-based strategies. That curiosity became a calling.
Today, Heather spends her days helping families prioritize restorative sleep — with compassion, without judgment, and with a deep respect for every family's unique values and circumstances.
Her Story
Like so many new parents, Heather found herself in the thick of sleepless nights, searching for answers. She read everything she could find — books, studies, forums — and slowly pieced together what worked for her family. What started as personal necessity became a deep passion for helping others do the same.
In 2016, she formalized that passion by earning her certification from the Family Sleep Institute. Combined with more than a decade of hands-on parenting experience as a mother of three, Heather brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy to every family she works with.
Along the way, Heather recognized that sleep and feeding are deeply intertwined. A baby who struggles to feed often struggles to sleep — and vice versa. That insight led her to train as a Certified Lactation Counselor, allowing her to support families holistically through both challenges at once.
Her academic background in Communication Studies (BA) and Organizational Psychology (MA) shapes how she listens, communicates, and builds plans that actually fit into real family life — not just ideal conditions.
Heather lives in Southern California with her husband, three children, and their beloved dog. Everyone sleeps through the night.
